Sleep Patterns and Decision Performance
An interactive sleep and circadian workshop helping people recognise their own pattern and understand how it affects energy, recovery and decision-making. Not another list of wellbeing tips they'll nod along to and forget.
Enquire about a workshop Tell me about your team and I'll tell you honestly whether this helps. Why this matters at work
It doesn't show up on a dashboard. It shows up as slower decisions, shorter tempers, avoidable mistakes, meetings that go nowhere, and good people quietly running out of road.
And the usual answer makes it worse. Employees have already been told to sleep more, stress less and take breaks. They know. Telling them again just adds guilt to exhaustion, because nobody has explained the part that actually matters: why their body isn't recovering, and which specific thing in their day is preventing it.
Sleep is usually the signal. Not the whole problem.
What the session does
Rather than handing out another set of generic tips, the workshop guides people through a private pattern-recognition exercise so they can work out what is most likely driving their experience.
People leave understanding their own biology a bit better, which is the only thing that ever changes behaviour for longer than a fortnight.
Formats
Delivered in person or online, for teams, leadership groups or whole organisations.
A guided session on sleep patterns, fatigue and decision performance. People work privately on their own pattern, then leave with a clearer next step. Works as a leadership session, away-day slot or focused wellbeing programme.
EnquireThe same work, aimed at the people whose decisions cost the most when they're depleted. Smaller, franker, and more focused on performance and recovery capacity than on wellbeing language.
EnquireA series rather than a one-off, so people actually observe, test and change something. For organisations that want a result, not an event.

About Carolina
Sleep & circadian health consultant, naturopathic nutritionist, and the person behind Primordial Sleep Lab.
I've been coaching since 2017 and specialising in sleep since 2020. I trained in naturopathic nutrition at CNM London, in health coaching with IIN, and I'm CBT-I trained. I've delivered this work in 1:1 consulting, structured programmes and corporate settings.
My work is grounded in evolutionary biology, circadian health and reality-based thinking. I help people become better observers of their own biology, instead of outsourcing their health to apps, supplements and hacks.
In their words
“Carolina's sleep programme was a life-changing experience for me and a few others in my company. Even though I was coming out of burnout and had enormous sleeping problems when I started, I improved my sleep quality drastically after very small changes. If you care about your employees and their mental health, I highly recommend her.”— Mileni Bender, Manager, Strategic Partnerships
“This experience was amazing. Engaging content and a lot of tips and further reading material. Identifying my chronotype, and what works best for me, allowed me to improve my time to sleep. It would be interesting to have this workshop across businesses, so I would recommend it for business, friends and family.”— Lili Avila, Worldwide Account Manager
Let's give them something more useful than "get an early night."
