Corporate Workshops

Your people already know
they should sleep more.
That's not the problem.

A sleep and circadian workshop that explains why your team is exhausted, and what's actually creating it. Not another list of wellbeing tips they'll nod along to and forget.

The hidden cost of fatigue

Tired people don't announce themselves. They just get worse at their jobs.

It doesn't show up on a dashboard. It shows up as slower decisions, shorter tempers, avoidable mistakes, meetings that go nowhere, and good people quietly running out of road.

And the usual answer makes it worse. Employees have already been told to sleep more, stress less and take breaks. They know. Telling them again just adds guilt to exhaustion, because nobody has explained the part that actually matters: why their body isn't recovering, and which specific thing in their day is preventing it.

Sleep is usually the signal. Not the whole problem.

What the session does

Gives people a framework for their own patterns.

Rather than handing out another set of generic tips, the workshop teaches your team to make sense of their own sleep and work out what's most likely driving it.

People leave understanding their own biology a bit better, which is the only thing that ever changes behaviour for longer than a fortnight.

Formats

Built around what your team actually needs.

Delivered in person or online, for teams, leadership groups or whole organisations.

The Workshop

A single session on what's really driving fatigue, and how each person can find their own pattern. Works as a lunch-and-learn, an away-day slot, or a wellbeing programme centrepiece.

For leadership

Leadership Session

The same work, aimed at the people whose decisions cost the most when they're depleted. Smaller, franker, and more focused on performance and recovery capacity than on wellbeing language.

Programme

A series rather than a one-off, so people actually observe, test and change something. For organisations that want a result, not an event.

Carolina Ramuski

About Carolina

Sleep & circadian consultant, naturopathic nutritionist, and the person behind Primordial Sleep Lab.

I've been coaching since 2017 and specialising in sleep since 2020. I trained in naturopathic nutrition at CNM London, in health coaching with IIN, and I'm CBT-I trained. I've delivered this work in 1:1 consulting, structured programmes and corporate settings.

My work is grounded in evolutionary biology, circadian health and reality-based thinking. I help people become better observers of their own biology, instead of outsourcing their health to apps, supplements and hacks.

In their words

— Mark Ian Pamintuan, Developer, corporate sleep programme
— Jen Trinanes, corporate sleep programme
“Carolina's sleep programme was a life-changing experience for me and a few others in my company. Even though I was coming out of burnout and had enormous sleeping problems when I started, I improved my sleep quality drastically after very small changes. If you care about your employees and their mental health, I highly recommend her.”
— Mileni Bender, Manager, Strategic Partnerships
“This experience was amazing. Engaging content and a lot of tips and further reading material. Identifying my chronotype, and what works best for me, allowed me to improve my time to sleep. It would be interesting to have this workshop across businesses, so I would recommend it for business, friends and family.”
— Lili Avila, Worldwide Account Manager
