1:1 Consulting
A private sleep investigation for people who take their health seriously, have already tried the apps, the supplements and the sleep tips, and are still waking up tired.
Book your free discovery call No pressure, no pitch. A focused conversation about what your sleep is telling you.The real problem
You've tracked it. You've read about it. You've tried magnesium, mouth tape, blue-light glasses, cold rooms, earlier nights. Some of it helped a little. None of it fixed it.
Here's why: most sleep advice tries to optimise before it understands. It treats the symptom, "you're not sleeping", instead of what's creating it: your stress load, your nervous system, your light exposure, your routines, your environment, the way you live.
Sleep is usually the signal. Not the whole problem.
The approach
Most people try to fix their sleep in the dark. We turn the lights on first.
Together we look at the real evidence, what your wearables, your environment, your habits and your own observations are actually showing, and work out what's driving the problem before we change a single thing.
Understand first. Then act on the cause, not the symptom.
Who this is for
How it works
Wearables, sleep apps, subjective tracking, even night observation. We build a real picture of what's happening, not a guess.
Circadian rhythm, nervous system load, stress, light, movement, breathing, environment, hormones, behaviour. The whole system, not just the night.
A plan built around your actual life and biology. You implement, observe, and we refine together.
About Carolina
Sleep & circadian consultant, naturopathic nutritionist, and the person behind Primordial Sleep Lab.
I've been coaching since 2017 and specialising in sleep since 2020. I trained in naturopathic nutrition at CNM London, in health coaching with IIN, and I'm CBT-I trained. I've delivered this approach in 1:1 work, structured programmes and corporate settings.
My work is grounded in evolutionary biology, circadian health and reality-based thinking. I help people become better observers of their own biology, instead of outsourcing their health to apps, supplements and hacks.
In their words
“I've struggled with sleep since I was a child. Every time I got excited about doing something meaningful in life, late nights and groggy days were there to remind me. Now, for the first time in years, [we] know what it is to sleep through a whole night.”— Karson Linton
“I've had sleeping problems for years, and after only one long coaching session with Carolina I realised the base of my problem was psychological. Once she helped me identify what could be the problem, I started paying attention to it and started sleeping better.”— Marcel Vianna, Tattoo Artist
“I'm currently going through perimenopause and sleep disturbance has been big for me in the last few years. Carol helped me immensely, giving me important information about circadian rhythms and helping me create good sleep hygiene, which these days starts by going outside first thing in the morning.”— Juliana Werner, Google review
Questions
Apps and wearables give you data. They don't tell you what it means or what to do about it. That's the part I do with you.
Because we don't start with solutions. We start by understanding what's actually driving your sleep, which is the step almost everyone skips.
No. We work with what you already have, and I'll tell you if anything is genuinely worth adding.
The work runs over 6 or 12 weeks, depending on how deep you want to go and what we find. We'll talk that through on the discovery call.
A focused conversation about where you're at and what your sleep might be revealing. If it's a fit to work together, I'll explain how. If not, you'll still leave with clarity. No pressure either way.
Let's find out what, and do something intelligent about it.
