Small group · November 2026
Four weeks to finally understand your own sleep.
For people who have tried the obvious, the magnesium, the app, the earlier nights, and still can't work out what's actually going on with their nights. It isn't a course of tips.
Join the November group £297 · starts Monday 2 NovemberHow it works
Seeing what your nights and days actually look like, before changing anything. Most people are surprised by what they find.
Tracking your own sleep and timing, including the size of the time-zone shift you put your body through every weekend. Your real numbers, not guesses.
Testing changes and seeing what actually moves your sleep, instead of trying everything at once.
Keeping what works for you, so the changes last after the calls stop.
You finish knowing why your good nights are good, and what's worth changing for you.
The June group, in their words
"My best night's sleep on a work day since I've been a working professional. And it held up during the week that always breaks my sleep."
Nicholas · June group"I used to think, oh I had a bad night, who knows why. Now I understand to look for the reason, and what I can do in advance."
